The Global Card Access website gives you a way to view your claim, to set up alerts on your card based on your personal preference and view statements. You will need to register as a new user on the global card access website. To register your card, click register a card.

Enter the required information, if you need assistance click the question mark icon for more detail for what is required for each field. Use the dropdown to select an option for verification. Enter the information and then click continue.

Next, enter the information to define your user id and password. The user id must be a minimum of 7 characters. Enter your new password and confirm, passwords are case sensitive, must be at least 8 characters and have at least one alpha and one numeric character. Select three security questions and answers. This information may be used to verify your identity. Click continue.

Global card access gives your employees the ability to apply for new corporate card accounts online. Card holders will need a new account request key to submit an online account request. As a corporate administrator you will need to create an account request key for online account requests. To create an account request key from the top of the program administrator dashboard go to account requests keys management.

Global card access gives your employees the ability to apply for new corporate card accounts online as a program administrator you can review, and decision online account requests submitted by your employees in the global card access application. You may access online account requests by navigating one of two ways, from the homepage click manage account requests under quick actions or go to account requests approvals program administrator in the top of the administrator dashboard.

The account request program administrators screen displays. Account requests pending approval will display under the awaiting approval tab. To review the account requests, click the radio button next to the applicants name then click complete and approve.

In the addresses section verify the mailing address and phone details to ensure a successful card delivery. To make a decision for the online account request click approve to approve the application or reject to reject the application.

The global card access website gives North American cardholders the ability to change their assigned pin. To change your pin click change your pin.

Today we’re going to talk about how to lock and unlock a card in the global card access application or GCA. If you need to suspend the ability to use your card you can lock it temporarily to prevent any unauthorized use. For example, if you left your card in a restaurant and plan to pick it up later you can lock the card while it is not in your possession and unlock it when you retrieve the card. It is important to note that if you misplace your card and do not know where it is you must contact card holder support or your program administrator to report it as lost or as stolen. From the dashboard homepage select lock card.

Today we’re going to talk about setting up alerts on your accounts from the global card access application to help protect against fraudulent activity. You can set up alerts, notify you of suspicious activity, transaction activity, and account activity. These alert categories offer a variety of alert types such as decline transactions, payments due and new card requests.

To set up alerts log into the global card access application and select manage alerts.

Confirmation Message: Account GCA Test Account (0024) is now enrolled. Complete setup by adding new Contacts and choosing Settings for the alerts you need most.

The alerts contacts screen displays. Before setting up alerts you must enter contact information. Select Enable from the status dropdown menu, enter the nickname, and select account type, type. Enter the contact information to indicate where you want the alerts sent. A do not disturb timeframe may be selected if enabled and desired. To add another contact select add another contact. When you are done, select save.

Next, set up the alert types. Select alerts.

As previously mentioned, there are three alert categories, suspicious activity, transaction activity, and account activity. On the right enable the suspicious activity alert if desired. A dropdown menu displays where you may select the contact to receive the alert or add a new contact.

Move down the alert category list to review more of the other alert types, repeat the process to enable the alert you wish to send and select the contact to receive it. When finished select save.

Next, let’s look at some examples of the alerts you may receive. This is an alert sent via text message for suspicious activity. When the contact receives this alert then they reply advising that the transaction is valid or invalid. The contact then receives a message advising of the banks action regarding their response.

This next example is an email notification regarding personal information that was updated. Email notifications are sent from global account requests of Bank of America dot com.
