Investor Interest Indicator™ is a BofAS proprietary technology tool developed to facilitate sales teams in the marketing of new or remarketed municipal debt offerings.

 

Investor Interest Indicator synthesizes BofA’s proprietary historical data for investments of similar offerings. Then it combines those results with the deep human experience and extensive knowledge of our public finance professionals to identify a list of targeted investors.

Certain Municipal Issuers or Conduit Borrowers have determined to participate in the auction of their own auction rate securities pursuant to recent guidance from the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
