Mandated lead arranger and lender in a €165 million debt financing for the construction of two large biomass plants in Spain, operating exclusively using agricultural and forestry waste in compliance with certification standards.
Solar and storage
Mandated lead arranger and lender for a $324 million senior secured term loan supporting the construction and operation of a 269 MWpPV + 220MW/5hr BESS facility in Chile.
Data centers
Initial lender, coordinating lead arranger and joint bookrunner in a $7.121 billion construction-to-term financing to support the construction and operation of a 618MW data center in Texas.
Nuclear
Tax credit placement agent facilitating the transfer of approximately $142 million of 2024 nuclear 45U production tax credits from a large, regulated utility to a corporate buyer in the financial sector.
Renewable natural gas
Coordinating lead arranger and lender for a $150.5 million debt facility supporting construction of three organic recycling facilities in Wisconsin and Virginia. These will process food waste with cow manure in anaerobic digesters to produce renewable natural gas.
Battery storage
Mandated lead arranger and hedge counterparty in a AUD 722 million construction-to-term loan and debt service reserve facility, Australia’s largest standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project financing to date.
