Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has launched the Consumer Assistance Management System (CAMS) with Chatbot Functionality (BSP Online Buddy, or BOB for short) which will allow financial consumers to refer matters involving any BSP-Supervised Financial Institution in natural languages (English, Tagalog and Taglish) through BSP webchat, SMS or BSP Facebook.
