Core Agreement
Platform Terms
The Platform Terms contain additional terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Platform.
Bank Schedule
The Bank Schedule contains additional terms and conditions that apply depending on the Bank of America entity that purchases an Offered Receivable.
Governing Law and Arbitration Schedule
The Governing Law and Arbitration Schedule contains additional terms and conditions that apply in accordance with Clause 15 of the Core Agreement.
Reference Rate Schedule
The Reference Rate Schedule contains various reference rates applicable to the purchase price of each Offered Receivable that we may purchase from you.
Jurisdictions Schedule (SRPA)
The Jurisdictions Schedule contains additional terms and conditions that apply to the Agreement depending on (i) whether you are domiciled in one of those jurisdictions; (ii) the Buyer is domiciled in one of those jurisdictions; and/or (iii) the governing law of a Purchased Receivable is a law of one of those jurisdictions.
