In addition to the items set out in Paragraph 1.2 of the Buyer Execution Form, these are some of the other documents comprising part of your Agreement with Bank of America.
Core Agreement
The Core Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to the services that we provide to you under the Agreement.
Bank Schedule
The Bank Schedule contains additional terms and conditions that apply depending on the Bank of America entity that provides services to you under the Agreement.
Governing Law and Arbitration Schedule
The Governing Law and Arbitration Schedule contains additional terms and conditions that apply in accordance with Clause 15 of the Core Agreement.
Jurisdictions Schedule (BPSA)
The Jurisdictions Schedule contains additional terms and conditions that apply to the Agreement depending on (i) whether you are domiciled in one of those jurisdictions; (ii) the Supplier is domiciled in one of those jurisdictions; and/or (iii) the governing law of a purchased receivable is a law of one of those jurisdictions.
