Article 3d of Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD II or Directive) (EU 2017/828) requires us to disclose the costs associated with SRD II services provided by Bank of America, N.A. where we act in the capacity of intermediary. In line with market practice, Bank of America, N.A. does not charge additional costs for Shareholder Identification or Corporate Action Notifications as these are included within Safekeeping Fees. Bank of America, N.A. charges fees for Proxy Voting to clients who subscribe to this service unless prohibited by national implementing measures for a particular jurisdiction. The fees for this service are as follows:
